Answered by Dr. Shehzad Saleem
Question:

How should an Islamic government behave with its non-Muslim neighbors?

Answer:

All Islamic countries should try to establish cordial and friendly relations with their non-Muslim neighbours so that an atmosphere conducive to inter-faith dialogue is created. They have no right to make their neighbours forcibly accept Islam. With tact and wisdom, they should present the message of Islam and give a patient hearing to their criticisms.
